Health Economics Internship

Location: Milan, Italy

Annualized base pay: €25,600–€38,400

What you will do

• Support the development and delivery of health economics studies for pharmaceutical companies.
• Conduct literature reviews to source project inputs.
• Adapt and develop budget impact, cost-effectiveness, and cost of illness analyses under supervision.
• Develop and communicate health economics analyses to clients.
• Perform statistical analysis on hirify.global proprietary and third-party data.
• Communicate results through scientific publications and posters.

Requirements

• MSc degree in Economics, Health Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related quantitatively focused field.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Proficiency in Italian and English, both oral and written.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including strong Excel spreadsheet and PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Good planning, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Intellectual curiosity, flexibility, and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Fundamentals of health economics.
