Senior Program Manager (Aerospace)

Location: US - Rancho Cordova, CA (TDY); must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Salary: $113,600–$151,400 annually.

What you will do

• Manage programs from initiation through delivery while meeting financial, technical, contractual, revenue, margin, and schedule requirements.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, finance, and contracts activities.
• Develop budgets, capacity plans, risk assessments, forecasts, status reports, and recovery plans.
• Drive resolution of technical issues and manage acceptance and qualification testing for military and aerospace platforms.
• Develop business opportunities within key accounts and support proposal efforts.
• Ensure program objectives and continuous improvement initiatives are achieved.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Physics is required.
• 2–5 years of experience managing programs or projects for military or aerospace applications is required.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance are required.

Nice to have

• PMP certification, a Master’s degree, or an MBA.
• ERP/MRP experience.
