Compliance Professional 2 (Medicare/Medicaid)

Location: Fully remote; must be located within the contiguous United States. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $65,000–$88,600 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Support Medicare and Medicaid Payment Integrity compliance activities, primarily financial recovery processes.
• Monitor operations against regulatory, contractual, and internal requirements; identify noncompliance and coordinate mitigation.
• Perform compliance reviews, reporting, data and trend analysis, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Act as a liaison between Compliance and CAPI business partners, supporting issue resolution and operational consistency.
• Support corrective action planning, remediation, process improvement, and automation opportunities.
• Manage assigned projects and deliverables while providing coverage for compliance monitoring and financial recovery operations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in compliance or with Medicare and Medicaid federal regulations.
• Payment Integrity experience.
• Experience managing project-based work.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must live within the contiguous United States.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, generally starting between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., depending on business needs.

• Knowledge of hirify.global’s Payment Integrity Financial Recovery business teams and processes.
• Experience creating and managing compliance monitoring and reporting dashboards.
• Experience with advanced data manipulation and analysis.
• Proficiency with pivot tables and related Excel reporting tools.
