Senior Full Stack Java Engineer

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable cloud-native applications for Workforce Management, Customer Experience, and operational business processes.
• Build Java and Spring Boot backend services, React and TypeScript web applications, REST APIs, microservices, and Node.js supporting components.
• Design PostgreSQL data models and queries, integrations, webhooks, messaging flows, and event-driven solutions.
• Contribute to containerized cloud deployments, configuration management, Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and quality gates.
• Implement structured logging, metrics, tracing, error reporting, and improvements to application performance, resilience, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and engineering teams through design sessions, code reviews, planning, and client-facing workshops.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-stack software development experience, including ownership of production applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring technologies, especially Spring Boot, REST services, persistence, security, and automated testing.
• Frontend experience with Angular or React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, component-based design, state management, and modern testing practices.
• Experience with Node.js for lightweight services, integrations, build tooling, or supporting components.
• Experience designing REST APIs, microservices, and maintainable applications in distributed environments.
• Strong SQL skills and experience designing efficient data models in PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases.
• Experience developing, deploying, or supporting cloud-based and containerized applications.
• Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, secure API design, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or comparable messaging and event-streaming technologies.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud platforms, observability tooling, and secure software delivery practices, plus excellent communication and technical documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workforce Management applications or WFM platforms.
• Experience with AWS services, Amazon Connect, CX solutions, contact centers, customer service environments, or communications platforms such as FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, and Twilio.
• Knowledge of forecasting, scheduling, adherence, routing, agent desktop, digital channels, or related operational concepts.
• Experience integrating CRM, identity, HR, payroll, analytics, or other enterprise systems.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted software development or AI-enabled solutions, including Claude or GitHub Copilot.
