Senior Java Developer

Location: Remote, Warsaw, Poland

What you will do

• Implement Java software components according to design specifications and maintain customized software solutions.
• Perform system integration, unit testing, troubleshooting, incident triage, and resolution.
• Collaborate with teammates and project stakeholders to estimate efforts, plan delivery timelines, and ensure predictable execution.
• Provide technical input into product roadmaps.
• Support and optimize CI/CD processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong experience with Spring Framework and Quarkus.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and containers, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with relational databases, including PostgreSQL or another RDBMS.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and messaging technologies such as Kafka or ActiveMQ.
• Good understanding of testing principles.
• Ability to communicate confidently in English.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders and distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in Angular front-end development.
• German or Swiss German language skills.
