Business Analyst (iGaming)

Location: Hybrid role at Sportyvna Square, 1a, Kyiv, Ukraine; international travel may be required to meet with licensees.

What you will do

• Translate high-level business solutions into technical specifications and analyze requirements.
• Facilitate requirements meetings and align internal stakeholders and licensees.
• Document existing solutions, new features, technical functionality, and product knowledge.
• Support delivery across the full software development lifecycle and manage the product backlog.
• Validate solutions against business needs and support licensees with product functionality.
• Contribute to new web and mobile features and travel internationally as needed to meet licensees.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, such as Product Manager, Product Owner, System Analyst, or Software Analyst.
• Advanced spoken and written English for effective communication with licensees.
• Strong business and systems analysis experience with complex software systems.
• Experience working with multiple corporate stakeholders through remote communication channels.
• Understanding of HTTP, TCP/IP, WebSockets, SOAP, JSON, XML, and common web data formats.
• Practical experience with Postman, Swagger, browser DevTools, Figma, Miro, and Lucidchart.
• Hands-on experience creating BPMN and UML diagrams, including wireframes, sequence diagrams, and activity diagrams.
• Strong facilitation, analytical, systems-thinking, communication, decision-making, and responsibility skills; ability to handle objections constructively.

Nice to have

• Previous iGaming experience.
• University degree in computer science, economics, engineering, linguistics, marketing, or a relevant field.
• Relevant certifications or completed training.
