Mid-Level System Engineer (AWS)

What you will do

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Maintain and support internal IT services and infrastructure across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
• Contribute to service migration and evolution activities, including AWS migration projects.
• Support Docker and DevOps environments and collaborate with Accenture support teams.
• Investigate issues, document technical processes and solutions, and contribute to the knowledge base.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams on infrastructure and migration topics.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in System Engineering, IT Infrastructure, or a similar technical role.
• Experience with Level 2/Level 3 technical support and troubleshooting.
• Good general knowledge of Windows and Linux environments, plus knowledge of macOS.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration.
• Basic knowledge of Docker and DevOps environments, including GitLab and CI/CD.
• Ability to work across different systems, technologies, and infrastructure environments.
• Experience or exposure to infrastructure or service migration projects.
• Professional proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Conversational French.
• Experience or exposure to AWS and cloud migration projects.
• Previous experience working across different infrastructure technologies and environments.
