Structures Engineer II (Aerospace)

Location: Torrance, California, United States; work is performed in an office environment.

Salary: $116,600–$160,325 annually for the Engineer II / E04 level; the posted overall pay range is $100,980–$247,005 USD depending on level.

What you will do

• Create and maintain CAD models, finite element models, and engineering documentation.
• Support structural analysis, validation, and product development activities across aerospace programs.
• Assist with prototype builds, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and design teams.
• Support engineering change implementation.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• 3+ years of structural engineering experience.
• CAD experience; Siemens NX is preferred.
• Familiarity with FEA tools and aerospace structures.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in an office environment and operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
• Must meet United States employment eligibility requirements verified through E-Verify.
