Fullstack Developer (Java, ReactJS, Azure)

Location: Hybrid in Kraków, Poland; three days per week from the client's office are mandatory, and candidates must live in or near Kraków.

Salary: 135–160 PLN/hour on a B2B contract, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Develop web applications and services based on business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Design, deploy, monitor, maintain, and improve services using clean-code principles.
• Implement release, environment, configuration-management, and CI/CD practices.
• Build elegant, efficient, reusable code and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, global technology teams, and cross-functional groups.

Requirements

• Degree-level education, preferably in Computer Science.
• 8+ years of application-development experience with strong knowledge of the software development life cycle.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot skills.
• Hands-on Azure experience with App Service or AKS, Azure Functions, Service Bus or Event Hubs, Key Vault, Azure DevOps CI/CD, Azure Monitor or Application Insights, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with SQL, JPA, and PostgreSQL or Azure SQL.
• Practical experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
• Exposure to cloud-native microservices and Docker containers.
• Strong analysis, design, testing, troubleshooting, systems-design, and architecture skills.
• Well-developed written and verbal business communication skills in English.
• Polish or EU citizenship, or a permanent residence/work permit valid for at least 12 months.

Hiring process

• Complete one interview with the IT services partner, followed by 1–3 interviews with the bank.
• Complete live technical tasks with a tested programming environment; AI tools, coding assistants, and code generators are not permitted during interviews.
• Undergo an external HireRight background check covering identity, right to work, education, and employment history; CV dates and employers must be accurate, and the application name must exactly match the official ID.
• Candidates who participated in a recruitment process for the partner or bank within the last 12 months cannot be considered.
