About the Role

We are looking for motivated Forex/CFD Sales Agents to join our team in Belgrade. Ideal candidates have experience in the Forex/CFD industry, strong sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective clients and present the company's services.
• Work with inbound and outbound leads.
• Identify client needs and guide prospects through the sales process.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in the Forex/CFD industry.
• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in at least one foreign language; multilingual candidates are welcome.
• Willingness to work on-site in Belgrade, Serbia.
• Strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
• Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
