Fullstack Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Own builder features end to end, from initial Product discussions through validation with real clients.
• Build AI-powered functionality, including an AI agent, MCP integrations, and AI-based funnel generation.
• Develop across frontend and backend, approximately 50/50 with occasional frontend focus, and build integrations.
• Partner with Product to clarify business expectations, discuss edge cases, and shape solutions.
• Own a product area, act as its go-to person, and share progress through milestones while decomposing complex tasks and raising questions early.
• Take responsibility for shipped quality together with the QA team.

Requirements

• Solid professional experience in fullstack development.
• Experience with a modern frontend framework; Svelte is used, but any framework is acceptable.
• Experience with a backend language; Go is used and can be learned quickly.
• Experience owning features from clarifying requirements through production.
• Experience in product teams or startups, with a focus on speed and direct communication with the business.
• Practical experience using AI tools in daily work.
• Experience with databases and working with data.
• Product and business orientation, focusing on user impact rather than code correctness alone.
• Autonomous and proactive working style, clear written communication, and the ability to learn quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agents or MCP.
