Client Service Delivery Senior Analyst (AI)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid work with office attendance required at least 3 days per week. The role includes occasional weekend on-call coverage approximately once per month. A valid EU work permit is mandatory.

Salary: €3,000–€3,500 gross monthly.

What you will do

• Provide email and telephone support for board portal software.
• Build positive customer relationships, deliver value, and anticipate client needs.
• Provide user training and respond to client queries in a timely manner.
• Assist with identifying business and system requirements and producing operational and user documentation.
• Communicate client requirements to Account Administrators and Success Managers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to craft solutions and promote product improvements to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English and fluent spoken Finnish.
• Strong affinity for working with software applications.
• Previous experience in a client-facing position and supporting sophisticated products.
• Excellent collaboration skills and a positive, performance-driven approach.
• Reliability, stress resistance, resilience, self-sufficiency, and independence in handling tasks.
• Ability to multitask effectively and willingness to learn beyond the immediate remit.
• Previous experience working with AI and AI agents in a work setting, or a genuine interest in learning about them.
