Associate (Graduate) Developer (Python/React)

Location: Remote in Porto Alegre, Brazil. Fixed start date: January 18th; candidates must be available to join on this date.

What you will do

• Pair with teammates to write clean, iterative code using TDD, SOLID principles, object-oriented design, and pair programming.
• Use continuous delivery practices to improve software delivery speed.
• Collaborate in product-focused teams to build customer experiences and create meaningful change for clients across industries.
• Apply technology practices and ideas from the Technology Radar to solve client problems.
• Work with Business and Quality Analysts, Designers, Project Managers, and other collaborators.

Requirements

• Less than one year of professional experience working as a developer.
• Understanding of analysis, design, coding, and object-oriented concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a flat environment that values transparency, openness, feedback, and change.
• Passion for learning and sharing knowledge, with a desire to create meaningful solutions for business problems.
• Resilience in ambiguous situations and the ability to approach challenges from multiple perspectives.
• Availability to start on January 18th.

Nice to have

• Python experience.
• React experience.
• Computer Science degree, coding boot camp background, or career-change experience toward becoming a software developer.
