Head of Product (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead discovery and development of digital financial products in a new market with a dedicated product team.
• Own product KPIs including MAU, conversion, retention, and LTV, as well as selected P&L metrics such as revenue and profit margin.
• Research industry trends, competitors, local market specifics, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
• Assess market entry opportunities through market sizing, product propositions, and launch business cases.
• Define product initiatives aligned with strategic goals and drive development from conception to launch with in-house IT teams and local partners.
• Manage, build, and develop the product management team.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of product management experience in online, finance, insurance, and/or e-commerce.
• At least 3 years of experience managing a team of product managers.
• Experience with digital B2C or SMB financial and lending products.
• Experience in the fintech sector.
• Understanding of web and mobile app technologies and UX principles.
• Hands-on experience with analytical tools and data-driven decision-making.
• Proven ability to deliver complex cross-functional business projects and set and meet objectives and KPIs.
• Technical or financial background.
• English at C1 level or better, with decent spoken fluency.
• Customer empathy, self-motivation, a can-do attitude, strong organisational and time-management skills, structured thinking, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-growing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience launching products in new markets.
• Experience working in emerging markets, including Southeast Asia or India.
