Technical Support Engineer II (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Provide technical support for hirify.global products to customers, partners, and resellers.
• Act as an expert for at least one hirify.global product while maintaining basic knowledge of other products.
• Document, process, and analyse incoming requests through all communication channels.
• Gather information for higher-level support and qualify and escalate undocumented issues.
• Perform scheduled callbacks, enhanced troubleshooting, and timely consultation with the superior on problems and risks.
• Develop technical knowledge and skills and follow relevant tools, processes, and procedures.

Requirements

• Completed IT-related education or an equivalent qualification.
• 2 years of work experience.
• Experience in cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of computer networking.
• Very good theoretical and practical knowledge of the IT environment.
• Advanced understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems, network architecture, and application software.
• High analytical skills and a structured way of working.
