AI Creative Specialist (GenAI)

Location: Remote in the United Kingdom

hirify.global is building an AI operating system for marketing that aggregates AI models, provides enterprise governance, and supports creative production for global brands.

What you will do

• Design and deliver advertising, digital, and print creative assets using GenAI tools across image, video, and design generation.
• Translate creative briefs into polished work aligned with project objectives and visual identity.
• Brief the Creative team, review daily output, and perform quality checks on client decks and creative deliverables.
• Present AI creative workflows directly to clients and contribute to flagship projects demonstrating hirify.global’s product capabilities.
• Work with Producers, the Creative Director, and Product teams to keep output strategically aligned and technically feasible.
• Provide feedback on AI tools, workflows, user experience, creative systems, templates, and processes.

Requirements

• Experience as an Art Director or in a similar role, ideally in advertising or digital production.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI creative tools for image, video, and design generation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent design tools.
• Experience presenting creative work directly to clients.
• A strong eye for visual identity, brand consistency, and craft.
• A portfolio must be provided.
• Ability to manage multiple creative requests simultaneously without compromising quality or consistency.
• Ability to brief and review others’ work while continuing to create hands-on.
• Curiosity about emerging GenAI tools and techniques, collaborative working skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
