Design Manager (AI)

Location: Remote in Brazil or Colombia, including Huila, Colombia

What you will do

• Lead creative development for integrated campaigns across social media, web, email, events, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Personally design and produce social creative, website experiences, animations, video, motion graphics, and other campaign assets.
• Manage and develop a team of two designers through creative direction, feedback, support, and professional development.
• Use AI tools for ideation, experimentation, iteration, and production while maintaining originality, brand consistency, and quality.
• Partner with marketing teams to translate complex AI concepts into distinctive creative.
• Develop reusable campaign systems and visual frameworks that scale across channels and campaigns.

Requirements

• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong visual judgment, originality, range, and compelling work across multiple formats and channels.
• Hands-on design expertise and the ability and desire to personally create high-quality visual work.
• Experience managing designers and providing clear creative direction, feedback, and support.
• Fluency with emerging AI creative tools and experience incorporating them into real design workflows.
• Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns and cohesive visual systems across social, web, email, events, presentations, and other collateral.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment, experimenting with new creative approaches, and learning new technologies quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience creating video, animation, motion graphics, or interactive web experiences.
• Experience using AI tools for image generation, video, animation, prototyping, or design production.
• Experience building visual systems that scale across integrated marketing campaigns.
• A portfolio demonstrating exceptional originality and creative range.
• Experience designing for technology or AI companies.
