TL;DR
Senior Consultant in Financial Services (Data and AI): Delivering transformation projects for financial services clients through data structuring, analysis, benchmarking, interviews, workshops, process mapping, and functional specifications with an accent on client relationships, analytical problem-solving, and sector expertise. Focus on leading project assignments, coaching junior consultants, building data and AI expertise, and developing client-facing transformation solutions.

Location: Hybrid role based at Boulevard de Waterloolaan 16, Brussels, Belgium. Temporary assignments abroad, including France and The Netherlands, are required.

What you will do

  • Deliver transformation projects and execute assignments for financial services clients.
  • Structure and analyze data, conduct benchmarks and people interviews, facilitate workshops, map processes, and prepare functional specifications.
  • Build client relationships and deliver results across consulting engagements.
  • Take on team leadership responsibilities by coaching new hires and junior consultants.
  • Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange through workshops, publications, and seminars.

Requirements

  • University Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Civil Engineering, Applied Economics, or Management.
  • 3–6 years of experience as a consultant.
  • Strong interest in the Financial Services sector.
  • Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and enthuhirify.globalsm for helping clients use their opportunities.
  • Outstanding collaboration and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to explore options and synthesize conclusions.
  • Autonomous, dynamic, results-oriented, rigorous, and committed approach.
  • Trilingual French, Dutch, and English; Dutch is mandatory.
  • Availability for temporary assignments abroad, including France and The Netherlands.
