Data & Analytics Consultant (Python)

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands; presentations and workshops may take place at customer sites.

What you will do

• Work with hirify.global consultants, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers on multidisciplinary client assignments with analytical challenges.
• Identify business problems by extracting, interpreting, and explaining insights from data.
• Develop statistical and analytical methods to solve operational problems.
• Translate advanced analytics insights into measurable business impact and recommendations.
• Present results and conduct workshops at customer sites.

Requirements

• Completed WO Master's degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Young graduate or several years of experience in a similar position.
• Good skills in Python and at least one other analytical language, such as R or SQL.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting, such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Dutch. Non-Dutch speakers will not be accepted.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, adapt quickly, and operate across different business areas.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex concepts synthetically.
• Track record of leadership in an academic, professional, or extracurricular setting.
