What you will do

• Support internal consulting projects related to climate and hirify.global's consulting for good approach.
• Execute techno-economic studies, benchmarks, document analyses, data analyses, and presentations.
• Contribute to marketing, coordination and organisation, and people and culture change assignments.
• Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange through workshops and publications.
• Help clients identify opportunities related to data and AI topics.
• Collaborate in a fast-growing consulting company.

Requirements

• University Master's degree in Civil Engineering, preferably, or in Business Engineering, Economics, or Management.
• Outstanding team-player and good communication skills.
• Strong interest in sustainable subjects across sectors.
• Analytical mindset, ability to explore options, and ability to synthesize conclusions.
• Autonomous, dynamic, results-oriented, rigorous, and committed approach.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and enthuhirify.globalsm for helping clients seize related opportunities.
• Trilingual proficiency in Dutch, French, and English; Dutch is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Fluent German.
