What you will do

• Assist clients in developing analytics and technology solutions to detect, monitor, and predict risk.
• Support clients in achieving sustainability ambitions and addressing environmental, social, and governance performance.
• Help clients comply with existing and new ESG reporting standards.
• Identify and prioritize sustainability issues, set strategic goals, and integrate sustainability visions into corporate strategy.
• Implement processes, controls, and dashboards to measure progress and support consistent, accurate reporting.
• Contribute to the development and reinforcement of hirify.global’s consulting offering, change management innovation, and business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from a first-class university in engineering, business, economics, or a related field.
• Fundamental insight into sustainability and ESG.
• 3–10 years of relevant experience in a consulting company.
• Self-starting, flexible, and entrepreneurial approach with proven business development skills.
• Ability to monitor company and market trends, identify new challenges, and initiate actions to adapt the offering or launch prospecting.
• Successfully conducted relevant projects and managed teams.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas.
• Trilingual French, Dutch, and English; Dutch is mandatory.
