Senior Consultant in Energy, Resources & Industrials

Location: Hybrid, Boulevard de Waterloolaan 16, Brussels, Belgium. Temporary assignments abroad may be required, including France and the Netherlands.

What you will do

• Take responsibility for consulting projects by designing and delivering key outputs, leading projects, and adapting concepts to client needs.
• Build relationships with middle and top management and facilitate workshops during seminars.
• Coach and support new hires and junior consultants, including quarterly mentoring and feedback.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, commercial meetings, papers, and articles.
• Participate in sectoral and service working groups and lead internal projects.

Requirements

• University Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Commercial Engineering.
• 3–6 years of experience as a consultant.
• Outstanding collaborative team-player and good communication skills.
• Strong interest in the energy sector.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to explore options and synthesize conclusions.
• Autonomous, dynamic, results-oriented, rigorous, and committed.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas and help clients use their opportunities.
• Trilingual French, Dutch, and English; Dutch is mandatory.
• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad, such as France and the Netherlands.
