Of Counsel (Labor & Employment)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States; full-time, office-based role.

Salary: $215,000–$245,000 annual salary for 2027, plus eligibility for performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Provide legal services to premier local and national employer clients across labor and employment law matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda, motions, pleadings, position statements, and dispositive motions.
• Attend court conferences and handle discovery-related activities and investigations.
• Counsel clients on employment-law-related matters.
• Maintain extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree.
• Active Minnesota law license in good standing, maintained throughout employment, including compliance with continuing licensure requirements.
• At least 8 years of legal experience, most of which focused on traditional labor work on behalf of management.
• Traditional labor experience.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
