Software Development Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, build, and operate innovative products and scalable, reliable services with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Break down complex and ambiguous problems into well-defined components and participate in technical discussions.
• Write clean, maintainable code, conduct code reviews, and maintain accurate technical documentation.
• Use GenAI and AI-powered development tools, critically validating and integrating AI-generated code.
• Work with agile and CI/CD practices, including on-call responsibilities, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.

Requirements

• Currently holding or pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools in an academic or professional setting.
• Experience with at least one general-purpose programming language, such as Java, Python, C++, C#, Go, Rust, or TypeScript.
• Experience with data structure implementation, basic algorithm development, and/or object-oriented design principles.

Nice to have

• Previous technical internships or demonstrated project experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS; SQL or NoSQL databases; open-source contributions; version control systems; or debugging and troubleshooting complex systems.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies.
• Ownership and initiative from design through operation.
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong problem decomposition, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
