Lead - IAM Governance (AI)

Location: Limerick, Ireland. Applicants must have the right to work in Ireland for the duration of employment. Employment permit sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Establish and oversee governance frameworks, standards, control requirements, approval processes, and lifecycle management for IAM automation, Digital Coworkers, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Define the IAM Automation and Digital Coworker governance strategy, roadmap, operating model, priorities, and investment recommendations.
• Assess automation initiatives against security, risk, architecture, compliance, regulatory, and business requirements, including exception management and risk acceptance.
• Coordinate control assessments, audit responses, regulatory examinations, remediation activities, and oversight of automation-enabled processes.
• Develop governance dashboards, Key Risk Indicators, performance measures, executive reporting, and maturity assessments covering control effectiveness, resilience, adoption, and business value.
• Lead governance forums and decision boards while advising product managers, engineers, architects, operations, Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Internal Audit stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Business Administration, Risk Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, Cyber Security Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, Technology Strategy, or related disciplines.
• Experience developing governance frameworks, policies, standards, and operating models for cybersecurity or technology programs.
• Strong understanding of Identity Governance, Access Management, Privileged Access Management, and Identity Lifecycle Management.
• Familiarity with automation platforms such as Tines and AI-enabled workflow technologies.
• Experience supporting audits, regulatory examinations, risk assessments, and control compliance activities.
• Ability to communicate complex technology and risk concepts to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, decision-making, written, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Experience working across multiple technology, security, risk, and business functions.
