Senior Full-Stack Application Developer

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work model with up to two remote days per week. Candidates must have an existing legal right to work in Europe.

Salary: €4,410–€5,250 for B2B; €2,300–€2,650 net for a permanent contract.

What you will do

• Maintain and continuously evolve the application portfolio.
• Deliver high-quality application solutions in line with established development best practices.
• Collaborate with the Lisbon-based Tech Lead on application development and technical priorities.
• Work with Solutions Teams and business lines to understand needs and deliver effective outcomes.
• Coordinate with Application Managers and Project Managers based in Paris when required.
• Collaborate with internal IT and production teams and external technology partners while ensuring deliverables meet quality expectations and project requirements.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience in application development.
• Experience maintaining and evolving application portfolios.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices.
• Ability to take responsibility for the quality of delivered solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate effectively with distributed teams.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model from Lisbon.
• Existing legal right to work in Europe.
• Communicative English and required French; the expected French level is not specified.
