Social Media Intern

Location: Amsterdam Hub, Netherlands; internship starting February for 5–6 months.

What you will do

• Support the Social Media Manager in running social media channels.
• Assist with planning and publishing content through social media management tools and native channels.
• Monitor channels, respond to comments and direct messages, engage with audiences, and identify user-generated content and relevant conversations.
• Help create and maintain content calendars across products and local channels.
• Collect monthly performance data, identify insights, and translate audience feedback into actionable recommendations.
• Track platform developments, especially on TikTok, and share relevant observations with the team.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student and studying for a bachelor’s degree in Media, Communication, or a related field.
• Experience in social media and/or marketing.
• Interest in creative design and content creation tools such as Canva and CapCut.
• Understanding of TikTok and familiarity with creating TikTok content.
• Knowledge of social business accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Proactive approach and ability to meet deadlines.
