A new game-changing hybrid exchange (CEX speed, DEX security) is looking for Business Development Managers in the CIS region. We build products people actually use, and we're now expanding our Business Development team across the CIS.
▪️What You'll Do:
▫️Help the business grow
▫️Identify potential partners and build relationships with them
▫️Prepare and present partnership proposals
▪️What Matters to Us:
▫️Deep understanding of the crypto market and futures; user experience as a must, CEX experience would be prioritized
▫️Strong sales skills and creative thinking
▫️Experience working with influencers and the ability to build a network
▫️Russian/Ukrainian native speaker
▪️What We Offer:
▫️Fully remote
▫️Fixed salary + bonuses
▫️Flexible partnership options
