Business Development Specialist (Crypto)

Location: Remote in LATAM

What you will do

• Support market expansion for hirify.global Pay and build the full regional growth pipeline.
• Acquire and manage merchants, PSPs, payment gateways, fintech partners, Web3 projects, community leaders, and other growth channels.
• Manage the end-to-end business development cycle, including market mapping, lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and partnership execution.
• Collaborate with Product, Card, Fiat Channels, Compliance, Payments Ops, and Marketing teams to activate and scale payment use cases.
• Develop regional go-to-market strategies and identify high-potential corridors for crypto-to-fiat and fiat-to-crypto flows.
• Support cross-border payment products, provide market intelligence, and represent hirify.global at industry events and ecosystem partnerships.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in payments, fintech, PSP, acquiring, merchant growth, or crypto business development.
• Long-term overseas work or study experience.
• Strong understanding of local payment rails, fiat/crypto conversion flows, card programs, and merchant needs.
• Demonstrated success in driving regional growth or launching payment products across multiple markets.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
• Native proficiency in the relevant local language and strong English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Network across fintech, Web3, PSP, acquiring, or merchant ecosystems.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for payments and cross-border movement.
• Experience working in global remote teams.
• Experience with crypto exchanges, payment gateways, or card programs.
