TL;DR
Freelance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist (Germany) (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM): Configuring, extending, and integrating Dynamics 365 CE with an accent on Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, and REST APIs. Focus on translating business requirements into technical solutions, supporting migration and deployment, and maintaining a business-critical CRM environment.
Location: Germany, hybrid with 1–2 days on site per week; candidates may be based in any German city.
Day rate: €480–€520 per day.

What you will do
- Configure, customise, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE for Sales and Customer Service business requirements.
- Analyse business processes and translate requirements into functional and technical Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Design and build integrations using Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure services, and REST APIs.
- Support data migration, testing, deployment, go-live, release, and change management activities.
- Provide second- and third-level support, analyse incidents, and maintain platform stability.
- Act as the main point of contact for business departments, IT, and external partners; document solutions and train key users.
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant specialising in D365 CE/CRM.
- Solid knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Experience with system integrations using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus.
- Good understanding of CRM business processes in sales and customer service.
- Experience in requirements engineering and direct collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented working style, with strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent German and English.
Nice to have
- Microsoft certifications such as Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant MB-210/MB-230 or Power Platform PL-200/PL-400.
- Development experience with C#/.NET, plug-ins, JavaScript, and Azure DevOps CI/CD.
- Experience working in agile environments such as Scrum or SAFe.
- Background in IT services or consulting.
