Head of Security Compliance Services (Cybersecurity)

Location: Solna, Göteborg, Jönköping, Linköping, Malmö or Stockholm, Sweden; alternative locations may be possible. The role involves some travel to meet teams and business stakeholders.

What you will do

• Lead, develop and engage employees and leaders within Security Compliance Services.
• Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for security compliance services.
• Strengthen security assurance, accreditation, compliance and security posture management capabilities.
• Drive standardization and automation of security compliance processes.
• Support secure adoption of cloud services, digitalization and modern technologies.
• Build relationships with business stakeholders, technology leaders, security teams, vendors and partners.

Requirements

• Academic degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong people leadership and talent development skills.
• Extensive experience in security compliance, security assurance or security governance.
• Strong understanding of information security governance, risk management, compliance frameworks, assurance processes and security regulations.
• Experience leading teams and driving security compliance, assurance or governance initiatives in complex and regulated environments.
• Experience balancing security, compliance and business needs in complex organizations.
• Understanding of cloud security, Zero Trust, AI and modern technology environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Successful completion of security vetting is required; additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance.
