Dairy Data & Footprinting Analyst - Warsaw

What you will do

• Coordinate sustainability data collection from farmers and dairy manufacturers across global dairy value chains, validating completeness, consistency, traceability, and alignment with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze and validate product carbon footprint and environmental performance data to support customer reporting, decarbonization initiatives, and business decisions.
• Interpret carbon footprint calculators, life cycle assessment models, databases, and environmental reporting frameworks, translating technical differences into actionable insights.
• Support customer environmental reporting, methodology alignment, impact validation, MRV processes, third-party verification, assurance, certification, regulatory compliance, and corporate disclosures.
• Improve dairy sustainability data and digital platforms with internal technology teams and external solution providers by enhancing functionality, automating workflows, and scaling Dairy Tracks programs globally.
• Collaborate with farmers, dairy manufacturers, customers, suppliers, internal stakeholders, and global partners to improve data quality, supplier engagement, transparency, and emissions reduction opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in carbon accounting, life cycle assessment (LCA), and environmental footprinting, preferably in dairy or agricultural supply chains.
• Understanding of greenhouse gas accounting and ability to interpret, compare, and communicate outputs from different footprinting methodologies, databases, and calculation tools.
• Experience managing, analyzing, and validating complex datasets, with prhirify.globalciency in Excel, SQL, and Python and a strong focus on data quality, transparency, and traceability.
• Experience supporting sustainability reporting, customer disclosures, assurance, verification, and audit processes, with knowledge of evolving regulatory and market requirements.
• Strong project management, supplier engagement, and stakeholder management skills, including effective collaboration with partners and cross-functional teams in a global environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical analyses into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
• Fluent English.
• Self-driven, analytical, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across regions, cultures, and time zones.

• Experience in dairy or agricultural supply chains.
• Additional language skills, such as Polish, German, French, or Dutch.
