Application Specialist (ERP)

Location: Hybrid, based at the Foodservice site in Nules, Spain, with occasional international travel to other sites.

What you will do

• Provide functional and technical support for business applications and ERP platforms across multiple sites and regions.
• Act as the liaison between Business Units, Segment teams, site operations, Global IT, business users, and external partners.
• Translate business requirements into practical application solutions and support standardized transactional processes.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, changes, and problems in line with agreed service levels.
• Participate in ERP initiatives, application enhancements, digital transformation, upgrades, testing, data validation, deployments, and user acceptance testing.
• Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, training materials, and support procedures while monitoring application performance and compliance.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role supporting business applications and ERP platforms.
• Knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity standards, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical application solutions.
• Experience supporting both legacy and modern applications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience collaborating across multiple functions and regions.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve application issues efficiently.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Willingness to participate in support rotations and provide critical business support when required.
