Machine Learning Researcher (MSc. or PhD)

Location: Global, fully remote. Approximately 15 hours per week with a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Salary: $60–$160 per hour. Payment is based on completed tasks that meet project specifications.

What you will do

• Develop and validate machine-learning models and training pipelines.
• Implement model components, data pipelines, and evaluation systems.
• Build reproducible workflows with Python and command-line tools.
• Debug technical issues and optimize memory usage, throughput, and overall performance.
• Review and validate implementations against defined requirements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong professional or research experience in machine learning.
• Practical proficiency in Python and coding agents.
• Experience with model development, training workflows, and performance optimization.

Nice to have

• Experience at established technology companies, AI labs, research organizations, or through exceptional academic and open-source work.
• Immediate availability.
