Build, optimize, and validate machine learning systems.
Contribute to an AI training project tackling challenging engineering tasks across model development, numerical computing, training pipelines, inference systems, and performance optimization.
📍 Role details
• 🌐 Global | Fully remote
• Contract: Contractor, approximately 15 hours weekly
• Advertised compensation: $60–$120/hour
• Payment: Per task meeting project specifications; minimum submission requirements apply
• Schedule: Flexible hours and days, including weekends

🎯 What you’ll do
• Develop and validate models, training pipelines, inference systems, and supporting infrastructure.
• Implement model components, data pipelines, evaluation systems, and numerical methods.
• Build reproducible workflows using Python and command-line tools.
• Optimize memory usage and throughput.
• Debug numerical and system-level failures.
• Create, solve, review, and validate demanding engineering tasks.
🧠 What you’ll bring
• A master’s degree or PhD in a relevant computing, engineering, or quantitative discipline.
• Strong professional or research experience in machine learning.
• Practical proficiency with Python and coding agents.
• Preferred experience at an established technology company, AI laboratory, research organization, or recognized engineering environment.
• Exceptional academic or open-source experience may also qualify.
