Head of Digital Collaboration (Microsoft 365)

Location: Solna, Göteborg, Jönköping, Linköping, Malmö or Stockholm, Sweden; alternative locations may be possible. The role includes travel to meet teams and business stakeholders.

What you will do

• Lead the Digital Collaboration organisation, employees and leaders, developing capabilities for future business and technology demands.
• Set the strategic direction, priorities and transformation roadmap for digital collaboration.
• Lead the evolution of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OpenText, enterprise document management and document collaboration services.
• Own the performance, security, resilience, lifecycle, governance and operating models for platforms and services.
• Drive organisational development, platform modernisation, user adoption and continuous improvement across hirify.global.
• Manage stakeholder, vendor and partner relationships, budgets, investments and delivery models across central and distributed teams.

Requirements

• Academic degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong people leadership and talent development skills, with the ability to build high-performing teams.
• Proven experience managing operational delivery and service performance.
• Experience driving organisational and technology transformation in complex environments.
• Experience leading digital collaboration or enterprise document management services and platforms.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, digital collaboration and enterprise document management across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Broad understanding of information governance, document lifecycle management, information security and compliance.
• Experience establishing platform strategies, governance and operating models for collaboration between central and distributed teams, as well as driving platform modernisation, migration, user adoption or digital collaboration transformation in large organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with experience in large, complex and global organisations.
• Fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English.
• Successful completion of security vetting is required; additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance.

• Experience from the defence industry or another highly regulated and security-sensitive industry.
