What you will do

• Lead a team of developers and create original Roblox games.
• Drive game projects from concept to release.
• Experiment with and implement strategies to grow the studio and maximize game success.
• Learn from experienced Roblox developers.
• After completing the program, manage a studio, oversee development and business operations, and bring original ideas to life.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on game development experience, especially in game design, programming, or 3D art.
• Strong English skills are required because the program is conducted in English.
• Drive to learn, grow, and take on leadership responsibilities.
• Organizational and project management skills.
• Interest in building and innovating on the Roblox platform.

Nice to have

• Experience with Roblox and Roblox Studio.
