Robotics Process Automation Analyst (RPA)

What you will do

• Identify and size automation opportunities with the Automation team, prioritizing initiatives with positive ROI.
• Build complex automation solutions using RPA technologies, programming languages, web services, and end-user-developed applications.
• Translate business needs into technical designs and implement fit-for-purpose solutions within existing infrastructure.
• Develop automation opportunities that meet business demand and deliver financial and customer benefits.
• Lead technical discussions between Automation and development teams, drive innovation, and act as a subject matter expert.
• Manage multiple automation projects and provide operational support through incident management.

Requirements

• Tertiary degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Professional programming experience, including scripting and coding.
• Experience delivering tangible benefits through multiple automation initiatives.
• Experience with one or more of Pega Robotics, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate/Apps, .NET, Python, VBA, SharePoint Development, SQL, relational databases, or application development.
• Experience in a consulting or shared services environment.
• Experience in the financial services industry, preferably insurance, or an insurance background.
• Exposure to previous automation tools.

• Graduate degree in IT or Software Engineering.
