Banking Specialist - Securities Transfer DE (fixed-term 8 months contract)

What you will do

• Monitor, plan, and execute daily banking operations in line with client-defined Service Level Agreements.
• Become an expert in a dedicated service area within the full-scope securities back office.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders in a solution-oriented manner.
• Support improvements to hirify.global’s core banking platform and related operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational risks.
• Participate in testing new functionalities in hirify.global software releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or economics and/or training as a professional banker or a comparable qualification.
• At least two years of professional experience.
• Knowledge and working experience in Banking Operations, especially in a securities back office.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the hirify.global Core Banking System.
• Knowledge of additional languages, such as Italian or French.
