Business Analyst (AI)

Location: Cyprus; relocation to Cyprus is mandatory. The role is based in a fully equipped office in central Limassol.

What you will do

• Gather and validate stakeholder requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, business rules, edge cases, and appropriate process or state models.
• Manage requirements throughout delivery, including changes, decisions, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and constraints.
• Create and maintain a structured, searchable knowledge base covering product behavior and business rules.
• Act as the primary bridge between Product and Engineering while aligning Product, Design, QA, and Tech.
• Review scenarios and acceptance criteria, collaborate with QA, and validate shipped features against intended requirements.
• Use AI and LLM tools for drafting, refinement, consistency checks, scenario generation, and documentation maintenance while verifying correctness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in product development, working closely with cross-functional delivery teams.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, define business rules, and produce clear, testable requirements with appropriate depth.
• Ability to quickly understand complex product logic, identify gaps and risks, and document behavior for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong structured writing skills and the ability to create concise, consistent, navigable, and maintainable documentation.
• Practical experience using modern AI/LLM tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini in day-to-day analysis work to increase throughput and quality.
• Ability to influence without authority, facilitate discussions, and drive decisions in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher; documentation and discussions are conducted in English.
• Relocation to Cyprus is required.

Nice to have

• Comfort discussing APIs, data structures, integrations, system constraints, and trade-offs with engineers.
• Ability to define success metrics, connect requirements to product goals, and interpret outcomes with analysts and product managers.
• Experience translating compliance or policy constraints into implementable requirements and maintaining decision and traceability documentation.

Hiring process

• HR interview lasting approximately 40 minutes.
• Technical interview lasting approximately 1.5 hours, followed by a test task.
• Final interview lasting approximately 1 hour.
