Third Party Risk Manager (AI)

Location: Zurich, Switzerland; the role will move to Baar in 2030.

What you will do

• Own vendor onboarding, due diligence, periodic reassessments, monitoring, and offboarding across the full third-party lifecycle.
• Conduct vendor risk assessments, document results, and ensure risks, actions, and remediation items are addressed.
• Maintain the vendor inventory and ensure third-party data is complete, accurate, and high quality.
• Plan and coordinate annual reviews, continuous monitoring, governance, audit, and regulatory reporting activities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and management information on third-party risks, trends, and required actions.
• Improve TPRM processes, templates, and tools while coordinating with Business Owners, Procurement, Legal, Compliance, and Risk functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Risk Management, or a related field.
• First professional experience in Procurement, Risk Management, Compliance, Vendor Management, or a similar area.
• Interest in third-party risk management and regulatory topics.
• Structured, detail-oriented, analytical, organised, and coordinated working style.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different functions.
• Good analytical skills and willingness to learn.
• Excellent command of English.
• Affinity for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and willingness to use AI-enabled tools and ways of working.
