hirify.global is a wealth management organization with a Consolidated Supervision team responsible for global minimum standards, policies, and internal controls across Switzerland and international locations.

What you will do

• Lead independent quality assurance assessments covering the design and operative effectiveness of key controls across all non-financial risk types.
• Identify internal control weaknesses and recommend process and control improvements.
• Guide international locations on the Internal Control Framework, related tools, local key-control implementation, and control-results reporting.
• Develop and enhance the quality assurance framework in line with regulatory FINMA requirements.
• Lead meetings with Senior Management and stakeholders across divisions and international locations.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in economics, business administration, or finance.
• At least 5–8 years of professional experience in private banking, preferably in Audit, Compliance, Risk, or Control functions, or in management consulting focused on financial risk and/or non-financial risk topics.
• Sound management and leadership skills in private banking.
• Strong organizational, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
• Senior personality with access to senior management, empathy, charisma, and managerial courage.
• Ability to deliver results, set priorities, coordinate processes, meet tight deadlines, and reprioritize when needed.
• Outstanding analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, plus experience with JIRA.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial risk topics such as credit, market regulations, market abuse, or treasury.
• Experience in non-financial risk topics such as cybersecurity, AML/FCC, or model validation.
• Fluency in German, French, or another additional language.
