Brand Social Media Lead (YouTube)

What you will do

• Develop social media and YouTube strategies aligned with the brand platform and business goals to drive consistent growth in reach.
• Lead and develop the social media team, improving workflows, content quality, and the ability to interpret key metrics.
• Own channel metrics and grow reach, views, engagement, and website traffic.
• Track and analyze performance, prepare clear reports, and adjust plans based on data.
• Work with influencers, agencies, and external production teams from briefing through campaign performance evaluation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience in social media or digital marketing, including strategy development, task management, and coaching team members.
• Strong understanding of social platforms and algorithms, including virality, audience retention, and organic growth.
• Deep knowledge of content trends and formats in the US market.
• Confidence working with platform analytics and strong analytical skills.
• Experience measuring the content funnel, including reach, retention, thumbnail CTR, engagement rate, and click-throughs.
• English at B2 level or higher for following global trends and references and communicating with international creators and contractors.
