What you will do

• Evaluate and coach clients’ technology teams.
• Define technology strategies and architecture solutions.
• Develop digital and technology concepts with clients.
• Design solutions for complex business and technology challenges.
• Support technical implementations actively and on site.
• Apply technical expertise, business understanding, and analytical and conceptual skills.

Requirements

• 3–10 years of IT Architecture experience in a software development, technical project management, digital delivery, or technology consulting environment.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML and GenAI solutions, including LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and practical applications.
• Familiarity with GenAI platforms, cloud technologies, APIs, and system integration.
• Understanding of software architecture, application design, and development practices.
• Ability to work with technical teams and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and persuasion skills.
• Strong written and spoken Korean.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency in English.
