What you will do

• Own post-technical-win account strategies and investment plans for Databricks use cases across strategic enterprise accounts.
• Lead onboarding, enablement, production deployment, go-live, adoption, and healthy consumption for assigned customer use cases.
• Act as the accountable technical leader and first point of contact for production and go-live issues, coordinating Databricks teams, partners, professional services, support, and specialist experts.
• Create and execute points of view, success plans, technical roadmaps, governance models, and investment plans to accelerate use cases into production.
• Navigate Product and Engineering teams for new product innovations, private previews, and upgrades involving DBR, E2, and Unity Catalog.
• Provide executive and operational updates on KPIs, consumption, customer health, risks, product adoption, and use-case progression while developing reusable assets and mentoring DSA and account-team members.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role.
• Experience with architecture for distributed data systems in at least one area: data engineering technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka; data warehousing such as SQL, OLTP, OLAP, or DSS; or data science and machine learning technologies such as pandas, scikit-learn, or HPO.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and engage virtual subject-matter-expert teams to address onboarding and technical challenges.
• Experience influencing and leading internal and external teams without direct reporting responsibility.
• Experience managing executive stakeholders, influencing technical and non-technical audiences, and building strong CxO-level relationships.
• Experience resolving complex and critical escalations with senior customer and internal executives.
• Experience conducting open-ended discovery workshops, creating strategic roadmaps, performing business analysis, and managing complex programs or projects.
• Experience building and steering value cases through business value consulting and realization.
• Quota ownership, quota achievement, and a strong performance record against objective targets.
• Native-level Korean and business-level English, both verbally and in writing.
