Product Designer III

Location: Manila, Philippines; full-time and based in the Philippines.

ClickSend, part of the global Sinch family, provides SMS and RCS messaging through a customer dashboard, APIs, and third-party integrations.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for features and user journeys, from research and ideation through wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, final UI design, and release.
• Frame problems with Product Managers and Engineers by defining target users, success measures, and the right research approach.
• Plan and conduct customer interviews, usability tests, and data analysis to guide product decisions.
• Create accessible flows, prototypes, and detailed designs in Figma, covering states and edge cases.
• Extend and document the ClickSend design system, provide engineering specifications, stay involved during implementation, and perform design QA.
• Present design rationale, facilitate workshops, participate in critique sessions, and support other designers through feedback, pairing, and onboarding.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer working on SaaS or complex web applications, including end-to-end feature ownership.
• Strong interaction, visual, and content design skills with close attention to detail.
• Fluency in Figma and experience working with design systems.
• Hands-on experience planning and running usability tests and customer interviews.
• Experience working in agile teams with Product Managers and Engineers.
• A portfolio demonstrating problem framing, research, trade-offs, and shipped results.
• Clear written and spoken English communication and confidence presenting to stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools in the design workflow or curiosity to explore them.
• An understanding of front-end technologies.
• Experience with messaging, communications, or developer-facing products.
• Familiarity with growth mechanics such as onboarding, activation, and conversion.
