Consulting & Analytics Intern - Summer 2027 (Payments)

Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, Georgia, United States; at least 3 days per week in the office. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $29–$33 per hour for U.S. applicants.

What you will do

• Support experienced professionals in delivering strategic consulting services to hirify.global clients, including issuers, merchant acquirers, and merchants.
• Participate in consulting engagements, interviews, confidential client-data analysis, and synthesis of key findings.
• Conduct industry research and identify internal and external data sources for custom analytics.
• Analyze client data to identify preliminary trends and themes.
• Develop client-specific presentations for executive audiences and present findings to clients and internal hirify.global partners.
• Contribute to projects involving market share growth, emerging technology adoption, credit-risk mitigation, product optimization, and market expansion.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree, with graduation between December 2027 and August 2028.

• Excellent client-facing communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, including the ability to articulate findings as action-driven recommendations.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to process and summarize large amounts of data into strategic insights.
• Ability to form hypotheses about client issue root causes and validate them quickly using data.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills across organizational levels and with functional experts.
• Strong multitasking and adaptability skills.
• Intellectual curiosity about root causes and ways to create client value.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet and presentation tools; advanced analytics tools such as SAS, R, or Tableau are of interest.
• Interest in payments, financial institutions, consumer lending, and the future of payments technology.
