Summer 2027 Predictive Modeling & Data Science Graduate Intern

Location: Remote, Home, Pennsylvania, United States; independent authorization to work in the U.S. required. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Develop, evaluate, and support predictive models and advanced analytics solutions for real-world business challenges.
• Prepare, transform, and explore large or complex datasets, including feature engineering and statistical analysis.
• Create data visualizations and communicate analytical findings and recommendations to technical and business audiences.
• Research emerging data sources, analytical tools, and data science techniques.
• Participate in projects and initiatives under supervision while receiving training, mentoring, and guidance from senior personnel.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, business partners, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Currently pursuing a full-time or part-time graduate degree at an accredited college or university.
• Graduate studies in Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another related quantitative discipline.
• Coursework, research, or project experience involving predictive modeling, machine learning, statistical analysis, or advanced analytics.
• Experience working with large or complex datasets through academic research, internships, professional experience, or graduate coursework.
• Familiarity with programming and analytical tools used for data science and statistical modeling.
• Experience with data preparation, exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, model evaluation, and data visualization.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts, statistical modeling techniques, and predictive analytics methodologies.
• Ability to translate business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable recommendations, with demonstrated initiative, creativity, and curiosity when addressing complex analytical problems.
