Senior Product Manager (Integrations and Orchestration)

What you will do

• Own the multi-quarter strategy, roadmap, and priorities for the Integration Hub, including connectors, task and consumption management, monitoring, and enterprise reliability.
• Define the external API strategy, including versioning, developer experience, authentication patterns, data exposure, and action standards.
• Lead product strategy for Model Context Protocol and AI-driven orchestration, connecting AI features and agents with external systems and tools.
• Define multi-step, multi-system workflow capabilities across the Integration Hub and hirify.global MCP, including event-driven, low-latency, and high-reliability automation.
• Partner with engineering, design, customer success, sales, legal tech partners, and external partners to turn market needs into shipped capabilities.
• Establish customer feedback loops, platform standards, health metrics, and scalable technical guardrails tied to adoption, reliability, extensibility, and strategic impact.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years owning an integration, API, or platform product.
• Strong command of REST API design, integration architecture patterns, and developer experience principles.
• Experience owning a multi-quarter roadmap and driving execution across engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with iPaaS, workflow automation, API gateway, or middleware technologies.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and measurable customer value.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across engineering, customer success, sales, and leadership without formal authority.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving remote environment with multiple concurrent workstreams.

Nice to have

• Experience with MCP, AI agent tooling, orchestration frameworks, or LLM integrations.
• Familiarity with Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Tray, or comparable iPaaS platforms.
• Background in CLM, legal tech, ERP, CRM, or enterprise SaaS integrations.
• Experience defining API-first product strategy and developer enablement programs.
• Exposure to event-driven architecture, webhooks, asynchronous integration patterns, and consumption-based platform models.
• Experience partnering with OEM or embedded integration providers.
• Background in platform product management, developer tools, or technical ecosystem programs.
