Senior Manager, Incident Response (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote, Canada

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 CAD

What you will do

• Deliver technical support for cyber defense and incident response assignments.
• Support Case Managers with project structuring, resource management, findings presentations, assignment closure, and commercially viable client advice.
• Monitor the quality and value of individual and team deliverables.
• Manage client relationships and communicate case issues and findings to senior stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to their development.
• Coordinate concurrent projects, meet utilization and business-generation objectives, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Incident response, computer forensics, network security, and computer security audit expertise.
• Excellent project management, communication, and relationship-building skills with clients and colleagues across hirify.global’s office network.
• Recommended six years of experience investigating and remediating cyber breaches, preferably in a consultancy role.
• Extensive experience managing complex cases, resources, and budgets.
• Ability to coordinate concurrent projects and competing demands.
• Strong written and verbal communication, commercial problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working with diverse teams and across different cultural and political environments.
• Fluency in English and fluency or native capability in the language of the country of residence are required.

Nice to have

• CREST IR, CFCE, ENCE, GIAC, GCFA, GCIH, GREM, GNFA, or other relevant certifications.
• Another European or Arabic language.
• Bilingual English/French capability.
